Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location, weight and parcel dimension.
Free Shipping
XDynamics offers UPS ground shipping for any order including an EVOLVE 2 drone.
This offer may be withdrawn at any time and is applicable to the 48 contiguous US states only.
Not valid with any other promotions or coupon codes. Restrictions Apply.
Timing
All orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days.
Terms
Our shipment is from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. We shall declare the exact value of the order(s) purchased as per invoice. The delivery timeline is provided as reference only. We do not take responsibilities for any delays caused by factors outside our control (extreme weather, strikes etc.). All orders require a signature upon delivery.
If orders cannot reach the customer’s delivery address, due to wrong information provided by customers, we will return the order(s) back to our Irvine office under possible resolutions. All expenses incurring due to this will be deducted from the refund, if any.
Notifications
Once you’ve placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation per email to the email provided during the check out.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with the name of the carrier and the tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
– Until further notice, XDynamics ships only to USA.
– Due to shipping restrictions regarding Lithium batteries, any order including several batteries may have to be shipped in multiple packages.
Post Office boxes and Freight Forwarding addresses
XDynamics do not ship to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
